circled_dayPatients can pre-book a routine appointment up to four weeks in advance by visiting or calling the practice on 01625 422249 any time throughout the day after 09:00am, or by registering for our online booking facility.
This allows us to deal with requests for more urgent appointments first, i.e. from 8:00am onwards. You can  request an urgent appointment by calling our Reception Team after 8.00am on: 01625 422249. They will ask for basic details of your symptoms and arrange for a member of our qualified nursing staff to call you back as quickly as possible each weekday between 08:00 - 11:00 and 14:00 - 15:00. Please remain available to take the nurse’s call. They have a wide range of experience in clinical care, and will be able to  triage your medical problem, giving you either an urgent appointment or clinical advice.
By providing our Reception Team with some basic details of your symptoms / requirements for routine appointments you can help them to ensure that you are seen by the right Healthcare Professional as quickly as possible at the right time. This system ensures that everybody who requires an appointment is usually seen, even if they are not always able to see the Doctor of their choice, who may work part-time.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
